Shipping and Pickup Policies & Procedures

At Uwharrie Dry Harvest we aim to provide you with quality products and top-notch customer service.

To provide this we have decided on the following procedures regarding our Shipping Policies:

1. Once we have received notification of your order, it will be packed and shipped within 3 business days.
2. All packages will be shipped using USPS and Ground Advantage. 
3. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the package has been shipped.
4. While we do our best to tub and bag our items and package well, we cannot guarantee your freeze-dried goods will arrive in perfect condition. **We do not provide returns for this reason.

Pickup Policies:

1. Pickup is for local customers only. Unless you are willing to drive. (Norwood, NC)
2. When arranging to pickup, you will bring your confirmation email, and schedule a pickup time via email during our normal business hours.
